Sort, Set, Shine: 3-4 hours

  • This is the time the team will physically work on the entire office setup.

  • We will physically go through teh space and optimize the setup to your business needs and workflow.

Standardize: 30-60 minutes

  • Review the standards and make sure they are consistent accross the workspace.

  • Set the norm.

Shine: 60-90 minutes

  • Create the 5S audit list for your business.
