Professional Closet Audit
Part 1: Style and Lifestyle Discussion (30 minutes)
We review your lifestyle (work, weekends, events, travel)
We set the style goals (more professional or casual, career change, weight change, etc)
We acknowledge the pain points (nothing to wear, too much clothing, outfits feel dated)
The budget is clarified for future purchases and alterations.
Part 2: Full Closet Review and Editing (1-2+ hours)
You try on key pieces (especially “maybe” items)
Evaluate fit, condition, and relevance of items.
Identify which items no longer serve you.
Decide which items to keep, tailor, alter, donate, and dispose.
Part 3: Outfit Creation (30-60 minutes)
From what you keep, we will create new outfits.
We review mix-and-match combinations from existing set.
We review styling tricks with items (cuffing, tucking, layering)
The focus is to help you see how many outfits you already have.
Guided Shopping
Part 1: Prior to Shopping Trip (15-30 minutes)
Identify needs found from the closet audit (seasonal pieces, basics, accent opportunities)
Set budget for shopping trip.
Identify what impulse pieces you like to buy and how to avoid them.
Identify brand focus for the trip to optimize time shopping.
Part 2: Shopping Trip (2-3 hours)
Begin with a review of the psychology of a store and how they get you to make impulse purchases.
Find the items on the list.
Try on the items. We will review each item and while you continue to try on other items, we will return with other options (color, size, fit, etc)
We will review our budget and selection and make purchases.
Part 3: Return to Closet (1 hour)
We will return and review the purchases and how they fit into your wardrobe.
We will review mixing and matching the purchases into existing outfits.
We will identify any tailoring opportunities
We will review styling options (cuffing, tucking, layering)
Look Book Creation
Part 1: Lights, Camera, Action (1 hour)
We mix and match several outfits directly from your wardrobe and photograph them for visual aids.
Optionally, you can be the model for the book for your own inspiration.
We showcase how to style the same item several ways to help showcase the versatility of your items.
Part 2: The Book
A physical copy is provided to keep with your wardrobe for quick reference when getting dressed.
A digital copy is provided.
Includes guide to tag labels (what does the triangle mean?)
Includes guide to materials when considering future purchases and mixing materials.
